Democrat stooge, RINO Rep. Adam Kinzinger has finally gone a bridge too far.
The latest attack from the left demonizes businesses that took PPP loans during the pandemic. For some illogical reason, the left thinks picking on businesses that obeyed and took loan money to keep their employees is a good idea.
On September 5, 2022 CEO of X Strategies LLC, Alex Bruesewitz, a private citizen, criticized Kinzinger on social media, claiming he is using a double standard.
“You praised Joe Biden for calling 75 Million Americans ‘enemies of the state’ but you’re angry that Trump criticized the corrupt & completely weaponized FBI & DOJ? Adam Kinzinger, you have issues man,” Bruesewitz wrote.
On cue, Kinzinger – a member of the 1/6 committee – responded by claiming Bruesewitz committed fraud and appeared to fabricate evidence.
“Alex did you pay back your PPP loan despite having no employees?” Kinzinger responded.

That’s where Kinzinger took things too far. The allegations made by the RINO congressman are not true and both Bruesewitz and his attorney went after the congressman.
Yesterday, Rep. @AdamKinzinger FALSELY accused me, a private citizen, of defrauding the US Gov’t.
He stated that I took PPP Loans “despite having no employees.”
Only problem is, he knew I had employees.
My attorney, @JeffClarkUS, has sent Kinzinger a Cease & Desist. 1/2 pic.twitter.com/lHMcYmqqOS

Kinzinger now has five days to issue an apology and retract his statement, or he will get sued.

The cease and desist explains that Kinzinger “deceptively edited” information that he found off the ProPublica website – that has seemed to disappear after the incident – that cut off the number of employees X Strategies had at the time of the request. Clark also added – on page four – that the publicly available page on PPP loan information shows the “jobs retained” information.
Kinzinger isn’t going to apologize and has doubled down.
Typical Trump type. Speaks a tough game but when the fire comes back, can’t handle it. In fact the second you become a political consultant you become a public figure.
That said, later tomorrow, i will release more info in this. I always have receipts. https://t.co/pu6gNx9S9n
