The position, ‘Attorney General’ might be one of the more stressful jobs in Washington D.C, but it is AG Jeff Sessions duty to be involved in any performance issues of all Departments of Justice.

This begs the question, “where is Jeff Sessions”? It seems Sessions has fallen asleep at the wheel while Meuller’s investigation goes unmonitored, FBI agents conspire against the President and new leaks fromย Justiceย Departments arise daily.

Admittable, Mueller’s investigation is destroying itself with all the new leaks that come out but these ‘leaks’ are a matter of national security and the investigation is a financial drain on the American people. We need the Attorney General to wake up and get to work.

As Reported By Micheal Goodwin with The New York Post.

In hindsight, the most important thing said this year came on Jan. 3. Chuck Schumer, a leader of Senate Democrats, warned President-elect Trump he would pay a price for disputing intelligence officialsโ€™ findings of Russian meddling.

โ€œLet me tell you: You take on the intelligence community โ€” they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you,โ€ย Schumer ยญdeclared.

Schumer was right about a vendetta, but wrong about timing. Itโ€™s now clear that intelligence officials already had started โ€œgetting backโ€ at the next commander in chief.

They started in the summer of 2016.

In early August, Mike Morell, who was acting head of the CIA ยญunder Barack Obama, broke with agency tradition byย entering the ยญpolitical fray to endorse Hillary Clinton.

He praised her as โ€œhighly qualifiedโ€ and said Trump was โ€œnot only unqualified for the job, but he may well pose a threat to our national security.โ€

That same month, the FBI was also busy with its pro-Clinton, anti-Trump playbook. Peter Strzok, a top counterintelligence agent, was scathingly dismissive of Trump in text messages, but one is getting ยญextra attention.

Writing to Lisa Page, an FBI lawyer with whom he was having an affair, and referring to a conversation that likely included Andrew ยญMcCabe, James Comeyโ€™s top deputy,ย Strzok said:

โ€œI want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andyโ€™s office โ€” that thereโ€™s no way he [Trump] gets elected โ€” but Iโ€™m afraid we canโ€™t take that risk. Itโ€™s like an insurance policy in the ยญunlikely event you die before youโ€™re 40 . . .โ€

Hereโ€™s the obvious question: What was โ€œitโ€ thatโ€™s โ€œlike an insurance policyโ€?

Was it the Russian dossier and its salacious, unverified accusations against Trump then being shopped around Washington?

Or was the insurance policy the FBI investigation into the Trump campaign, which was only weeks old โ€” and which Strzok was leading?
