No this isn’t Ukraine, it’s our southern border.
The violence at our southern border is so bad that the US Consulate in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, just five miles from the southern border was forced to close.
A shelter-in-place order was mandated after the Mexican city turned into a war zone because cartel members were retaliating over the arrest of their leader.
As part of the attack, cartel members ignited commercial vehicles that were lined up to enter the United States.
Below are some of the images from the violence.

The violence was so bad it forced United States Border Patrol to close the crossing.
“For public safety reasons, southbound traffic into Nuevo Laredo at Juarez-Lincoln Bridge and Gateway to the Americas Bridge had been temporarily suspended due to an ongoing security situation on the Mexico side. Southbound traffic fully resumed at both bridges at approximately 7:30 a.m. (Monday) morning,” a Custom and Border Protection official said.
Gun battles took place right outside the US Consulate which forced the State Department to close the building and issue an emergency “shelter in place order.”
Despite all the violence and chaos going on at our southern border Joe Biden continues to leave it wide open.
The ICE Report is finally out and it confirms everything we knew to be true.
Deportations dropped to the lowest level in 26 years despite a record number of illegal border crossings.
It’s clear – we’ve got an open border.

Biden’s policies are letting violent criminals into the country.

Another example of why our agents are needed out on patrol. https://t.co/FycJ1iCIti
