The Covington Catholic graduate Nicholas Sandmann just got the last laugh and the media has egg on their face.

On social media Sandmann announced that he has reached a settlement with NBC marking his third win against the liberal media.

“At this time I would like to release that NBC and I have reached a settlement,” Sandmann wrote Friday. “The terms are confidential.”

The 19 year old from Kentucky, became a national news story after a viral confontation between him and a far-left activists name Nathan Phillips at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC.

Sandmann was wearing a “MAGA” hat when Phillips got in his face. The incident shot through media who claimed that he was racists and part of an unruly mob.

Initially, Sandmann sued NBC Universal for $257 million, saying NBC, “unleashed its vast corporate wealth, influence, and power against Nicholas to falsely attack him despite the fact that at the time, he was a 16-year-old high school student.”

After the acquittal of Kyle Rittenhouse, Sandmann said that he should sue the media but added it would be a “personal call thatโ€™s up to him.”

CNN and the Washington Post have settled with Sandmann in 2020.

In January 2020, Sandmann settled with CNN for an undisclosed amount after also seeking $275 million.

Then, in July 2020, Sandmann announced that he had settled his lawsuit with the Washington Post.

“On 2/19/19, I filed $250M defamation lawsuit against Washington Post. Today, I turned 18 & WaPo settled my lawsuit. Thanks to @ToddMcMurtry & @LLinWood for their advocacy. Thanks to my family & millions of you who have stood your ground by supporting me. I still have more to do,” he posted on social media.
