It was supposed to be one of the marquee events of the year; however, it all went up in smoke.
Vice President Kamala Harris was scheduled to be the host for the Democratic National Committee’s Women’s leadership forum on May 25 and 26.
Tickets for the event started at $250 a pop, and if you wanted to get in the photo line it would cost $15,000 – $50,000.
Alas, there was just one problem…nobody wanted to go.
The DNC failed to sell enough tickets and they canceled the event hoping to reschedule for the fall.
So the @dnc had to move a May fundraiser with VP Kamala Harris to the fall because “they couldn’t sell enough tickets.”

For some reason, donors didn’t want to be wowed by her grasp of geopolitics.
