ICE Director: “California Better Hold On Tight”: Sanctuary State Backlash [Video]

Acting ICE Director, Thomas Homan, Has A Few Choice Words and Warnings To The Residents Of California.

The California Governor, Jerry Brown, openly challenged Trump by declaring the entire state of California a ‘Sanctuary’ location for illegal immigrants. This means he knowingly put his own politics before the safety of American citizens, primarily his own voters.

Whatever Gov. Brown’s motive in becoming the first ‘Sanctuary State’ we know it will prove to be a costly and idiotic mistake, as proven in the past. The warnings and persistence of ICE Director, Homan, will make you proud. His message is clear, defy the President of the United States and be defied. Take a look.

Acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Thomas Homan slammed California for its  “sanctuary city” policies that went into effect Jan. 1.

Here’s what he said:

“Well look, if he thinks he’s protecting the immigrant community, he’s doing quite the opposite, because if you think ICE is going away, we’re not,” Homan said of California Gov. Jerry Brown.

“There’s no sanctuary from federal law enforcement, as a matter of fact, we’re in the process now. I’m going to significantly increase our enforcement presence in California,” he explained. “We’re already doing it. We’re going to detail additional enforcement assets to California.”

“California better hold on tight — they’re about to see a lot more special agents,” he added. “A lot more deportation orders in the state of California.”

“If the politicians in California don’t want to protect their communities, then ICE will.”

Homan went on to claim that the “street cops” in California are completely against the sanctuary state law, and offered an example of an illegal immigrant that committed murder after a city ignored a detention request from ICE.

“We’re gonna be all over the place, and we’re going to enforce the law without apology,” he continued.

“What I’m also doing is working with the Department of Justice — with these sanctuary cities that knowingly shield and harbor an illegal alien in their jail and don’t allow us access,” he added…
