It turns out folks that there actually is a non-partisan issue. Despite all their attempts to politicize Slapgate Americans overwhelmingly agree that Will Smith was in the wrong for assaulting comedian Chris Rock.
At least, 60% of Republicans, Democrats, and Independents agreed that Will Smith should not have retaliated by striking comedian Chris Rock after he made a joke about Smith’s wife’s hair.

During the Oscars comedian, Chris Rock joked about Jada Pinkett Smith’s haircut and actor Will Smith walked up and slapped him across the face. After Smith slapped the comedian he yelled, “Keep my wife’s name out of your f**king mouth.”

The incident prompted two far-left House Democrats to politicize the issue and justify the violence.
Rep. Ayanna Pressley wrote, “#Alopecia nation stand up!” Pressley, who has the same condition, said, thanking Will Smith and giving a “shout out to all the husbands who defend their wives living with alopecia in the face of daily ignorance & insults.”

She quickly deleted the tweet as did her cohort Rep. Jamal Bowman who posted, “Teachable Moment: Don’t joke about a Black Woman’s hair.”

Neither member of congress explained why they deleted their post but it probably has something to do with the poll showing ALL Americans thought Will Smith was wrong.
It just goes to show you Democrats will politicize anything.
There are several contradictions in both posts. First, both members of the House are basically condoning violence and second, they are both using traditional gender terms.
That is a no-no for a woke left-wing member of Congress.
Bowman should have written, “Teachable Moments: Don’t joke about a Black ‘birthing person’ hair.”
Same with Pressley who also refused to use woke terms to describe genders which just goes to show you pronoun usage from the left is just like mask use.
It’s all theater to change our behavior and take away our freedoms.
