After four days of debate and voting, Kevin McCarthy won the Speakership. Now, the new Congress can begin its business, with Republicans in the driver’s seat. When Pelosi won the gavel, she gave powerful chairs to some of Washington’s biggest swamp dwellers.
Now, things have been turned on their head. Democrats have lost their committee power. And McCarthy is overseeing the creation of new committees that will keep leftists up at night. Worse still for the left, one of their biggest enemies just created a brand-new committee. And he’s chairing it.

The 118th House of Representatives will see the formation of a new select committee, headed by Jim Jordan, to dig into the abuse of power and the Weaponization of Government. This investigative panel will demand emails and correspondence between the Biden administration and big tech companies, and follows the massive revelations that came to light through the recent release of the Twitter Files.
Oh, boy, this is gonna be fun. Rep. Jim Jordan has long opposed the radical left and Democrat swamp-dwellers on Capitol Hill. You might remember how he served as a painful thorn in the left’s side, while they tried to run this country into the ground.
And now, he will be chairing a new committee aimed at investigating how the federal government abused its power to censor Americans. In the wake of the damning Twitter Files, Jordan will be leading a team to investigate the FBI and other agencies. He will be running down every lead to find out just how these Democrat-run agencies coerced big tech into shutting down Americans’ free speech rights.
Jordan and his committee with demand documents and testimonies from federal agencies and perhaps even top executives. He will be looking at how Biden’s closest allies pressured companies to silence any narrative that hurt Democrats.
If any agency does not comply, he has the power of the subpoena. Jordan will go to the courts to require people to testify and hand over documents.
We know, from shocking bombshells coming out of Twitter, that numerous agencies worked with social networks to suppress the news. The FBI paid Twitter and demanded they take down tweets and user accounts who spread “misinformation.” Of course, all of this “misinformation” were views and facts that could hurt Democrats politically (including the Hunter laptop story).
Jordan’s committee is forming at just the right time. He might uncover shocking information that exposes Joe Biden and his party. Don’t be surprised if heads are going to roll
