California Quietly Pushes Scary New Law That Will Tear Parental Rights Apart…

California claims to be at the front of the progressive movement, and Gov. Gavin Newsom believes his state sets a precedent the entire country should follow.

Newsom has made these remarks numerous times in the past, and weโ€™ll likely hear them a lot more often if he runs for President in 2024. โ€œTurning America into Caliโ€ might be his rallying cry.

But several million parents wonโ€™t be on board with what theyโ€™re trying to do in the Golden State now.

Currently, California lawmakers are considering a bill that would actually allow state officials to take kids away from families โ€” and they wouldnโ€™t even have to tell the parents until afterward.

Basically, if the parents in question arenโ€™t โ€œwokeโ€ enough; if they refuse to be โ€œaffirming,โ€ their child could be removed.

Itโ€™s the sort of law you would only expect to hear about in dystopian novels or in movies where totalitarian regimes have taken hold. But this is very real, and it could very well pass.

Via Washington Examiner:

Legislators inย Californiaย are considering a bill that would allow state officials to separate children from their families without letting the parents know until after the fact.

Government authorities could do this for children who struggle withย gender identity problems but whose parents are not being โ€œaffirming โ€ of their new identification as the opposite sex, or as nonbinary, gender fluid, pansexual, or one of the other made-up genders or sexual orientations.

Bill AB 665 says very specifically that children as young as 12 could be placed in โ€œstate-funded group homes without parental permission or knowledge.โ€

This would give full power to the state government: they can decide to keep the parents out of the situation โ€œbased on his or her own personal decision.โ€

Currently, thereโ€™s a more common sense law in place that simply lets kids get mental health treatment without parental consent. But only if they can prove theyโ€™re being abused.

In other words, the law doesnโ€™t say children of healthy parents can do whatever they want. Bill AB 665 changes that, however.

The bill is being pushed on the results of a random online survey of LGBT people, which showed that more than 50% of participants said they couldnโ€™t get permission from their parents or guardians for accessing mental health services.

Of course, this completely ignores the fact that parents just might not agree with the idea that women can be men and vice versa.

Critics of the bill say itโ€™s just another attempt to twist our youth and inject more dysfunction into an already sick society. All itโ€™s really doing is encouraging kids to switch genders and pronouns, and get special treatment for it.

Donโ€™t forget that this new law was written by Sen. Scott Wiener, who also pushed for a law that would let a parent โ€œtransport his or her child to the state, ignore custody orders, and medically โ€˜transitionโ€™ the child.โ€

Cutting parents out probably wonโ€™t go over very well with a good portion of America, and the idea that minors can suddenly claim theyโ€™re a different gender wonโ€™t fly, either.

Many will say this bill isnโ€™t about abuse; itโ€™s about a terrifying agenda, which is wreaking havoc on families and our youth, and destroying the concept of the nuclear family for a toxic woke agenda.
