Biden Doubles Down & Defies Federal Court Ruling

For the second time Biden is ignoring a federal court ruling about his vaccine mandate.

When the Fifth Circuit issued a temporary restraining order on the mandate the White House said they are still going to enforce the OSHA rule on January 4th.

Then, just days after the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals halted the mandate until after all legal challenges have subsided Biden’s minions doubled down.

“Our message to businesses right now is to move forward with measures that will make their workplaces safer and protect their workforces from COVID-19,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters. “That was our message after the first stay issued by the Fifth Circuit. That remains our message and nothing has changed.”

“We are still heading towards the same timeline. The department of justice is vigorously defending the emergency temporary standard in court and we are confident in OSHA’s authority,” Psaki said.

That’s the second time the Biden administration has told businesses to ignore a federal court ruling in a month.

Circuit Court Judge Kurt Engelhardt wrote that the mandate is “staggeringly overbroad.”

“The mandate is a one-size-fits-all sledgehammer that makes hardly any attempt to account for differences in workplaces (and workers). The public interest is also served by maintaining our constitutional structure and maintaining the liberty of individuals to make intensely personal decisions according to their own convictions – even, or perhaps particularly, when those decisions frustrate government officials,” Engelhardt wrote.

After the decision OSHA announced that they will not enforce Biden’s mandate until after the court challenges have subsided countering the White House.

The OSHA rule requires that business with over 100 employees will have to either ensure all of their workers are vaccinated or are tested weekly.

We were told by the media that the Trump administration was authoritarian however, it is Biden who is ignoring federal court rulings.
