The International Criminal Court (ICC) Has Set Its Sights On US Soldiers And Operatives.

US Soldiers and Operatives need to take care as they may soon be in the International Limelight for defending their county from evil regimes/ dictators. The ICC prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda, wants to open an investigation into Afghanistan claiming that she has enough evidence to prosecute.

Bensouda alleges that the evidence she has will expose US combatants and CIA operatives for atrocities of War. She alleges that the CIA engaged in torture.

“In due course, I will file my request for judicial authorization to open an investigation, submitting that there is a reasonable basis to believe that war crimes and crimes against humanity have been committed in connection with the armed conflict in Afghanistan,” Ms. Bensouda said in a statement.”

She claims that US Forces have mistreated 61 people and the CIA have detained and poorly treated 27 people. She can accuse as much as she likes for she has no Jurisdiction as far as the US is concerned. War is not a pretty thing and it is sad when someone on the sidelines after the fact tries to criticize a soldier’s actions in the moment when there were lives on the line.

Some people question what her real motive is when there are so many better targets out there, and the US happens to be on the side that takes those evils out of the world. “Bensouda’s son, a thug and drug dealer, was killed in 2014 in a Darwinian inspired incident in St. Paul, MN, where he lived. Coincidence that she’s going after America?”

Trump has yet to respond to these allegations and supposed rulings that may take place against American Forces, but he really doesn’t have to as this is just to try and call the US out. But knowing our President he will stand behind our troops as a good Commander and Chief always does.

As Reported By Streiff, Redstate.com

The stated purpose of the ICC is to provide a forum for trying significant crimes when certain conditions are met, such as when national courts are unwilling or unable to prosecute criminals or when the United Nations Security Council or individual states refer situations to the Court. Neither of those cases apply to the United States.

Fortunately, nothing much will come of this. The United States does not recognize the ICC and while the Obama administration, being the feckless, anti-American douchenozzles they were, were trying to push for US subservience, it is very unlikely that the Trump administration will go along with this adventure. I do hope Trump declares total war on this grotesque parody of a legal tribunal, destroys it and salts the earth where it stood.
