Democrat gubernatorial candidate Beto O’Rourke is receiving a lot of backlash after his “disgusting” political stunt in Uvalde, Texas.
While Governor Greg Abbott updated the media and parents about the investigation into the horrific shooting at Robb Elementary Beto O’Rourke stormed in screaming.
“You are doing nothing. … This is totally predictable,” O’Rourke yelled.
Officials were outraged including Republican Senator Ted Cruz who demanded that Beto get out. Lt. Governor Dan Patrick said the democrat candidate is “out of line and an embarrassment.”
Incensed Uvalde Mayor Don McLaughlin signaled to law enforcement he wanted Beto removed immediately adding, “I can’t believe you’re a sick son of a b**ch who would come to a deal like this to make a political issue.”
Law enforcement eventually escorted Beto out of the room as the victim’s parents also screamed for the activists to leave.

Fox News host Dan Bongino said, “It just doesn’t get more DISGUSTING than this” and that Beto “should be ashamed” of himself.
Later the press asked the mayor about the confrontation with Beto. McLaughlin said that the stunt “today was not the place or the time…I have no respect for Beto and the haters who hate…to hell with you too.”

Like a true professional Abbott gave the perfect response to Beto’s self-serving stunt.
“There are family members who are crying as we speak. Think about the people who are hurt and help those who are hurt,” adding that all Texans need to think about people “other than ourselves.”

Even the mainstream media felt that Beto took things too far. Normally after a stunt like that O’Rourke would have done the rounds that night on the cable news networks. Other than social media posts on Twitter showing the confrontation nobody did an interview with him that evening.
