Steve Bannon Responds To Romney’s Anti-Moore Tweet.
Steve Bannon completely crushed Mitt Romney’s ridiculous stance against Moore. Earlier this month Mitt Romney tweeted the following:
Roy Moore in the US Senate would be a stain on the GOP and on the nation. Leigh Corfman and other victims are courageous heroes. No vote, no majority is worth losing our honor, our integrity.

Steve Bannon rightfully felt that Romney needed a reminder that he was not in any position to make any claims about honor or integrity when Romney was only Patriotic when it was advantageous to him.
“Mitt, that’s honor and integrity. And by the way, Mitt, while we’re on the subject of Vietnam, and honor and integrity, you avoided service, brother, right?” Bannon said Tuesday evening. “Mitt, here’s how it is, brother. The college deferments, we can debate that, but you hid behind your religion. You went to France to be a missionary while guys were dying in rice paddies in Vietnam. Do not talk to me about honor and integrity!”
Steve Bannon went on to explain that Romney’s acts of cowardice were not limited to just him. He spread it onto to his five sons who also decided not serve out great country.
Steve Bannon served in the military for 7 years as a navy officer and Roy Moore fought in Vietnam with the Army. A fellow officer who served with Moore had this to say about all the supposed misconduct.
“What I saw, felt and knew about him in Vietnam stands in stark contrast to those allegations,” he said. “I sincerely doubt that Roy’s character had changed fundamentally and dramatically in a few short years later.”
“Roy was a soldier for whom I was willing to put my life on the line in Vietnam if the occasion ever arose. Fortunately, it did not,” he said. “I was prepared to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with him then, and I am proud to stand by Roy now.”

As Reported By Annie Linskey, BostonGlobe.com
Bannon, 64, took over Trump’s struggling campaign in August 2016 when polls suggested little room for a Republican victory. He went on to become Trump’s chief strategist in the White House.
But it’s been since leaving the West Wing in August that Bannon has emerged as a national figure in his own right. On Tuesday, Bannon announced he would return to hosting a morning radio show SiriusXM radio. That’s in addition to his perch atop Breitbart News Network.
