The Biden administration has released their OSHA rule for employers with more than 100 employees and one line in the rule is sounding the alarm that a stricter mandate is to come.

What is setting off alarm bells is that Biden’s rule is only the beginning and it sets the stage for a national vaccine mandate through OSHA including businesses smaller than 100:

OSHA is confident that employers with 100 or more employees have the administrative capacity to implement the standard’s requirements promptly, but is less confident that smaller employers can do so without undue disruption. OSHA needs additional time to assess the capacity of smaller employers, and is seeking comment to help the agency make that determination.

 

The OSHA rule could sink smaller business if the agents don’t like their programs.

The OSHA rule isn’t a safety protocol, it’s an executive order hiding behind a government agency. OSHA is enforcing the rule on an emergency basis however, they are going to seek to make it permanent. Which would mean Americans can’t work even if they don’t want the booster shot that FDA said isn’t necessary.

Instead of being used as a form of control masks will now be used to ostracize people who choose not to be vaccinated.

“Any employee that is not fully vaccinated when indoors or when occupying a vehicle with another person for work purposes” must wear a face covering.

 

What’s more concerning is that the rule has no end date or time when it will be reviewed.

However, there is some good news the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has ordered the U.S. Labor Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration to “take no steps to implement or enforce the Mandate until further court order.”

The courts said that Biden’s mandate is “fatally flawed” and “staggeringly over broad.”
