Witnesses on scene say several people look to be injured. The truck supposedly crashed into a small bus and another automobile.

“Me and my cousin were sitting by the basketball court… and out of nowhere we just hear gunshots go off… the kids were running off laughing like it was joke….It’s Halloween maybe they are doing something.. Then we walk over and see what happened… I see a home dept pickup truck that’s smashed into a street post… I see 2 people laying on the ground with sheets covered with bikes that appear to be just run over, I see another gentleman laying on the floor while EMS tried to assist him… I just can’t believe there were so many people.”  A Rubin Cabrero recounted what he saw.
