Rapper Eminem Attacks The NRA But It Looks Like He Forgot Something [Video]

There He Goes Again: The, once incredibly famous rapper, Eminem, plays politician to stay relevant.

Marshall Mathers or “Eminem” has had to become inventive over the years to keep his shows full. The rapper has lost a great deal of attention over the last five years, so it’s safe to assume his new stance on guns and politics is to pull in ‘the crowds’. It’s either that or the rapper is a hypocrite with a short attention span.

His latest stunt is almost laughable.

According to Fox News, The 45-year-old rapper, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, targeted the organization during his iHeartRadio performance Sunday night in Inglewood, Calif.

Time Magazine reported Monday Eminem added a freestyle verse to his song “Nowhere Fast,” accusing gun owners of “loving their guns more than our children.” The performance was introduced by Alex Moscou, a survivor of the fatal school shooting in Parkland, Fla., where 17 students died.

The Conservative Tribune reported the rapper saying: “This whole country is going nuts, and the NRA is in our way/They’re responsible for this whole production/They hold the strings, they control the puppet/And they threaten to take donor bucks/So they know the government won’t do nothing and no one’s budging/Gun owners clutching their loaded weapons/They love their guns more than our children.”

Ironically, the rapper who has now declared war against the NRA after a horrific school shooting used to rap about being a school shooter himself, as can be seen here:

That’s right, let’s not forget when the rapper was found guilty on illegal weapon’s charges in 2001. According to the American Mirror, Mathers received two years of probation for carrying a concealed firearm during a brawl outside of a Detroit-area nightclub in 2000, when he allegedly pistol-whipped a man for kissing his then-wife, Kim Mathers.

Prosecutors dropped an assault charge as part of a plea deal.

Who does he think he is kidding?
