During an interview with BBC, promoting her new book about losing the election, the former failed presidential candidate claims that Trump is an “admitted… sexual assaulter”. All the while she dismissing her own husband’s actions, stating ” That was all in the past”.

During the interview, the reporter directed the conversation away from Hillary’s book and over to her long-standing relationship to Harvey Weinstein. Weinstein has been headlining all major news outlets for accusations of sexual assault, harassment, and rape emerge for actresses like Rose Mcgowan.

Clinton, who’s under question for the thousands of dollars in campaign money she received from Harvey Weinstein simply dismisses her connection with the alleged rapist in a very Hillary ‘well, everyone does it’- type of way. She then defects the conversation away from her involvement by comparing president Trump to Weinstein. Clinton also says she ‘commends’ the women for coming forward despite her own longspun history of dismissing and even demonizing assault and rape victims.

Her allegations that Trump is an admitted sexual assaulter are referring to the Access Hollywood infamous recording leak where trump can be heard bragging about grabbing women by their private parts. In fact, her claim is completely unfounded. President Trump never admitted to sexually assaulting any woman and explained his comment as ‘locker room banter’.

But earlier this week, White House Counselor Kellyanne Conway called Clinton a “hypocrite” on women’s issues.

“She needs to not be a hypocrite about women’s empowerment and what it means to be pro-woman,” Conway told Fox News’ “America’s Newsroom.” “She is on a book tour talking about herself and a campaign she lost—not talking about women’s empowerment, she’s not trying to help victims of sexual assault.”

Conway also blasted Clinton for taking five days to release a statement condemning Weinstein: “I felt like a woman who ran to be commander-in-chief and president of the United States, who talks about women’s empowerment, took an awfully long time to give support to these women.”
