Biden’s Chief Of Staff Social Media Blunder Lands Him In Hot Water After Court Ruling

President Biden’s Chief of Staff Ron Klain is in hot water and one of his social media posts may be the final nail in the coffin to Biden’s OSHA vaccine mandate.

“A stay is firmly in the public interest. From economic uncertainty to workplace strife, the mere specter of the Mandate has contributed to untold economic upheaval in recent months,” wrote Fifth Circuit Judge Kurt Engelhardt enforcing a stay on the OSHA rule.

However, that’s not all Engelhardt wrote in the 22 page ruling, he also mentioned one of Klain’s posts on social media. A foot note in the ruling mentioned a September 9th social media post on Twitter published by Klain. Biden’s chief of staff reposted a quote from MSNBC host, Stephanie Ruhle who said that the OSHA rule was a “work around.”

“OSHA doing this vax mandate as an emergency workplace safety rule is an ultimate work-around for the Federal govt to require vaccinations,” wrote Ruhle.

Engelhardt ruled that Klain’s repost was an “endorsement” of the phrase “work-around.”

“From economic uncertainty to workplace strife, the mere specter of the Mandate has contributed to untold economic upheaval in recent months,” the judge added.

The three judge panel has ordered OSHA to take no steps in enforcing the mandate which requires employees in companies of over 100 to be vaccinated or test once a week.

The Biden administration is promising they are going to continue to fight and it is more than likely the case will end up before the Supreme Court.

Dozens of lawsuits have been filed by religious organizations, businesses, and states citing that the mandate is an overreach and unconstitutional.

Engelhardt affirmed the numerous lawsuits:

“The Mandate imposes a financial burden upon them by deputizing their participation in OSHA’s regulatory scheme, exposes them to severe financial risk if they refuse or fail to comply, and threatens to decimate their workforces (and business prospects) by forcing unwilling employees to take their shots, take their tests, or hit the road.”

Despite losing in court the administration is telling businesses to ignore the courts and begin to impose their mandate.
